Protesters participating in the "Boycott of America Day" march across Los Angeles, CA., on Monday, May 1, 2006. Immigrants from all over the country were encouraged to take the day off today from their jobs, not spend money and to participate in one of many marches in cities in the USA. The boycott's purpose is to show the effects that immigrants have on the American economy and daily life.
